“Why should I have an individualized fitness routine?”

There is no ‘One size fits all’.

We all have different pasts which means that we will all have unique movement patterns, imbalances and neuromuscular function. Group fitness classes are great but they hardly tend to the origin of physical fitness. Working one-on-one allows for foundational changes to be made by investing more attention on the source of misalignment.

Simply put… your body; your problems. A group fitness class cannot address everyone’s unique body state, let alone create any real progress in one class alone.

My method of training individuals incorporates an element of focus that enhances the mind-body connections and neurological pathways, RETRAINING the body to move and integrate more efficiently.

To meet the objectives of cardiovascular, functional, and sport specific fitness, we get to play around will all kinds of movement styles. Here are a few-

  • Functional Range Conditioning

  • Pilates

  • Yoga

  • Plyometrics

  • Compound Movements

  • Resistance Training

  • Calisthenics

  • Agility & Power-focused drills

Note that before beginning any fitness regimen there will be physical assessments to clarify the client objectives and needs.
